Allied Traders Ltd began trading in 1954 and now in it's third generation, remains a totally Independant Jersey family run business, now operating as a serviced cash & carry out of our own centrally and conveniently placed premises in Seaton Place.

Online Ordering & Delivery
Within this site our customers have access to the latest products and prices that are currently available. As soon as anything changes we immediately update our site, keeping all customers well informed with up to date information.
Of course we are always delighted to see you In Store but customers can also buy from us online and enjoy free delivery to their doorstep on orders of £30 or more, all deliveries under £30 will be subject to a £5 delivery charge.
Our prices for every customer are based on the quantity of product ordered giving larger wholesale trade cardholders the opportunity of greater discounting whilst still offering good value wholesale pricing for smaller business need and our Home shoppers. All prices shown throughout our website include GST which if relevant will be deducted for you seperately once we have received and checked your order and possible right to exemption.
Cardholders who have registered an exemption for GST with us and have provided a copy of their exemption certificate will have the GST element deducted from the products purchased.
Forms of Payment
Payment can be accepted in any of the following ways:
- Debit/Credit Cards (online payments at checkout) - Visa Card, Maestro Card, Mastercard and JCB
- Debit or Credit Card phoned through or Instore - no credit charges apply
- BACS - please contact our Admin team for assistance
- Through our Online Paypal checkout facility
We accept payment before or at the time of collection or delivery.
Local Order Collections & Deliveries
A customer collection point is located in our logistics area alongside the InStore Cash & Carry showroom. Customers may collect their prepared order by reversing in to have their cars loaded for them. Customers using this facility do so entirely at their own risk and are politely requested to show consideration to others by not blocking the entrance or parking on the road.
For customers who prefer to have their purchases delivered direct to their door and for all alcohol orders, we offer a free delivery to their doorstep on orders of £30 or more.
Shipping & Handling for the other Channel Islands & all Mail Orders
We can arrange shipping on orders to both customers in other Channel Islands or Mail order customers. A quote for relevant charges to do this will be advised upon receipt of your order requirements. Customers are responsible for any additional charges and / or duties and taxes levied in receiving their order.
Special orders generally arrive within 2 - 3 working days but we can advise you of an expected delivery date when special orders are being placed. You will then be contacted as soon as your order has arrived by a member of our Customer Support Team to arrange collection or delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
We may, on occasions, have reason (beyond our control) to cancel an order after it has been placed with us. In the event of this happening you will receive a refund in full via the payment method used when ordering.

Our premises are centrally and conveniently situated at 28 Seaton Place, between both Patriotic Street and Sand Street car parks and just a couple of doors down from the back stage door of the Opera House.
